ob Responsibilities
- Lead the finance and accounts department.
- Manage budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and all statutory regulations.
- Oversee audits and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
- Monitor cash flow, costing, profitability, and financial performance.
- Strengthen internal financial controls and accounting processes.
- Provide financial insights and reports to support business decisions.
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
- Strong knowledge of taxation, accounting standards, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
