Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to drive student admissions and business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students through calls, follow-ups, and referrals.
- Explain courses, programs, and career opportunities effectively.
- Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain lead records in CRM.
- Participate in educational events, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to improve lead conversion.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills
