Role Overview
We are hiring a Project Manager to join our Customer Success and Consulting Services in India. In this client-facing, you will lead the delivery of impactful client-facing projects that directly support customer adoption, value realisation, and long‑term customer health. Project Managers act as trusted delivery partners, working closely with Customer Success to ensure outcomes align with client objectives, contractual commitments, and internal delivery standards. The role requires significant international travel to the Middle East to support onsite client delivery activities.
The onsite component is a critical aspect of the role and includes:

Direct engagement with client stakeholders to drive delivery alignment and transparency
- Leading in-person workshops, planning sessions, and steering meetings
- Coordinating closely with client-side teams and leadership
- Driving issue resolution and maintaining strong client relationships

Supporting adoption, operational readiness, and successful delivery outcomes
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary day‑to‑day delivery contact for assigned projects, maintaining a consistent and positive customer experience.
- Build strong working relationships that support customer adoption, value realisation, and long‑term engagement.
- Work collaboratively with Customer Success to align delivery activities with customer health metrics, retention goals, and adoption plans.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, proactively managing expectations and escalating issues where appropriate
Project Delivery & Execution

Deliver small to medium complexity projects, typically lasting up to 12 months, across AI solutions, on‑premise migrations or SaaS, managed services, cloud enablement.

Maintain disciplined project control including schedules, RAID logs, forecasting, and baseline tracking.
- Identify and manage risks early, ensuring continuity of customer value by collaborating with senior delivery colleagues and Customer Success.
- Ensure each project directly contributes to customer adoption, utilisation, and operational readiness and measurable business value

Coordinate cross-functional teams across consulting, engineering, product, and customer stakeholders
Value Creation & Innovation

Support the preparation of Statements of Work, Work Orders, and small‑scale change assessments.
- Identify opportunities for incremental value or small project extensions.
- Track and communicate delivery variances to support internal visibility and customer transparency.
- Contribute customer value insights and adoption data into Customer Success planning.
Governance & Assurance

Follow SymphonyAI’s delivery governance processes, ensuring accurate reporting, documentation, and structured assurance checkpoints.

Maintain high‑quality delivery artefacts (forecasts, status reports, risk logs, adoption measures).

Participate in lessons learned and contribute to reusable delivery assets that enhance consistency and efficiency.

Ensure delivery activities align with contractual commitments, compliance requirements, and internal quality standards
Skills & Experience Required

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills; comfortable working in complex customer environments.

Ability to support the preparation of SoWs, Change Requests and other contractual delivery documents.

Experience working with or supporting Customer Success teams is beneficial.

Familiarity with modern cloud or data platform technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS, Hadoop, Kubernetes, Kafka).

Experience with AI tooling, delivery and adoption

Proficiency with Microsoft Project
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline.

Professional certifications (e.g. PMP / PRINCE2) beneficial

Experience of Agile development.

Experience delivering SaaS, cloud, hosted managed services, or data‑related technology projects.

Ability to quickly grasp the business problems that requires to be solved and the technology solution being developed.

Proven interpersonal and communication skills, including a passion for working with internal stakeholders and client facing, external stakeholders to solve problems.
