We are hiring a Project Manager to join our Customer Success and Consulting Services team in India. In this client-facing role, you will lead the delivery of impactful projects that directly support customer adoption, value realization, and long-term success. The position requires significant international travel to the Middle East for onsite client delivery activities.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management:

Act as the primary day‑to‑day delivery contact for assigned projects, ensuring a consistent and positive customer experience

Build and maintain strong client relationships to support customer adoption, value realization, and long-term engagement

Work collaboratively with Customer Success to align delivery activities with customer health metrics, retention goals, and adoption plans

Proactively communicate with stakeholders, managing expectations, and escalating issues as appropriate
Project Delivery & Execution:

Deliver small to medium complexity projects (up to 12 months duration) across AI solutions, on-premise migrations or SaaS, managed services, and cloud enablement

Maintain disciplined project controls including schedules, RAID logs, forecasting, and baseline tracking

Identify and manage risks early, engaging senior delivery colleagues and Customer Success to ensure continuity of value

Ensure each project directly contributes to customer adoption, utilization, operational readiness, and measurable business value

Coordinate cross-functional teams across consulting, engineering, product, and customer stakeholders
Value Creation & Innovation:

Support the preparation of Statements of Work, Work Orders, and small-scale change assessments

Identify incremental value opportunities or small project extensions

Track and communicate delivery variances for visibility and transparency

Contribute customer value insights and adoption data to Customer Success planning
Governance & Assurance:

Follow SymphonyAI’s delivery governance processes, ensuring accurate reporting, documentation, and structured checkpoints

Maintain high-quality delivery artefacts

Participate in lessons learned and contribute to reusable delivery assets

Ensure delivery activities align with contractual commitments, compliance requirements, and quality standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline

Strong communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable in complex customer environments

Experience preparing SoWs, Change Requests, and contractual delivery documents

Experience working with or supporting Customer Success teams is beneficial

Familiarity with modern cloud or data platform technologies (Azure, AWS, Hadoop, Kubernetes, Kafka)

Experience with AI tooling, delivery, and adoption

Proficiency with Microsoft Project

Professional certifications (PMP / PRINCE2) are a plus

Experience with Agile development

Experience delivering SaaS, cloud, hosted managed services, or data-related technology projects

Ability to quickly grasp business problems and technology solutions being developed

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders

Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
Hybrid/On-site Requirements:
Significant international travel to the Middle East for onsite projects.
