Job Description
Syook is looking for an Applied Computer Vision Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will build and deploy cutting-edge computer vision solutions for real-world industrial applications. You'll work on state-of-the-art deep learning models, optimize them for production, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy computer vision and deep learning solutions.
- Build data processing, training, inference, and model retraining pipelines.
- Train, optimize, and evaluate machine learning models.
- Work with image and video processing frameworks.
- Optimize models for edge deployment and production environments.
- Collaborate with QA and engineering teams to ensure high-quality releases.
- Estimate timelines, develop prototypes, and contribute to scalable ML systems.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in Computer Vision or Deep Learning.
- Strong knowledge of image classification, object detection, OCR, and related deep learning models.
- Hands-on experience with Python, OpenCV, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit, Keras, and GStreamer.
- Experience with Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
- Knowledge of MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with Docker, Git, GPU-based training, and MLOps best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with TensorRT, NVIDIA DeepStream, or model optimization techniques.
- Experience with Azure ML Studio.
- Experience deploying ML solutions from concept to production.
