1. Training Delivery
- Conduct classroom and practical sessions based on the assigned trade (e.g., Electrical, EV, Telecom, etc.)
- Follow curriculum aligned with frameworks like National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) or Sector Skill Councils
- Use hands-on methods, demonstrations, and real-life examples
2. Skill Development (Practical Focus)
- Ensure students gain industry-relevant skills, not just theory
- Conduct lab sessions, workshops, and simulations
- Focus on employability skills like communication, safety, and discipline
3. Batch Management
- Manage attendance, discipline, and engagement of students
- Handle multiple batches if required
- Track student progress regularly
4. Assessment & Evaluation
- Conduct internal assessments (theory + practical)
- Prepare students for final assessments by SSC/third-party agencies
- Maintain records of performance
5. Placement Support
- Assist placement team by preparing students for interviews
- Conduct mock interviews and grooming sessions
- Share industry insights and job expectations
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
