Business Development Executive (BDE)
Experience: 3–5 Years
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive
with 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end business development, lead generation, client
acquisition, and relationship management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent
communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of sales processes, and the
ability to drive revenue growth through strategic business initiatives.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete business development
lifecycle, from identifying potential clients and generating leads to conducting business
meetings, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful deal closures.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through various channels
including LinkedIn, networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, industry
events, and market research.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth and revenue
targets.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive lead generation
activities.
Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and
competitive opportunities.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and
business discussions.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions aligned with
business objectives.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders, and
decision-makers.
Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for prospective and existing
clients.
Proposal & Contract Management
Prepare business proposals, presentations, commercial documents, and RFP/RFQ
responses.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions to achieve mutually
beneficial agreements.
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of business opportunities.
Strategic Business Growth
Identify new markets, industries, and business segments for expansion.
Establish strategic partnerships and alliances to support business growth.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to
generate new business leads.
Provide regular sales forecasts, business reports, and market intelligence to
management.
CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, client interactions, and sales
activities in CRM systems.
Track key performance metrics and prepare periodic business development reports.
Ensure timely updates of sales pipelines, revenue forecasts, and business
opportunities.

Technical & Professional Skills
Strong expertise in end-to-end Business Development and Sales processes.
Proven experience in Lead Generation, Prospecting, Client Acquisition, and Account
Management.
Experience in B2B sales and consultative selling.
Strong understanding of proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and deal
closure.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and
business networking platforms.
Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis techniques.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
Ability to confidently interact with CXOs, Directors, Founders, and Senior Decision
Makers.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related
field.
MBA (Marketing/Sales/Business Management) preferred.
Experience working in the IT Services, Technology, Staffing, Consulting, or Digital
Solutions industry will be an added advantage.
