Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Senior Planning Engineer with expertise in high-rise residential projects to handle project planning, scheduling, monitoring, progress tracking, and reporting to ensure timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project
- Develop baseline schedules, WBS, resource plans, and cash flow projections
- Monitor RCC cycle, finishing, façade, and MEP schedules
- Track progress, identify delays, and prepare recovery plans
- Prepare look-ahead schedules, MIS reports, dashboards, and S-curves
- Coordinate with site, procurement, design, MEP, and management teams
- Conduct risk analysis, forecasting, and milestone monitoring
Required Skills
- Strong experience in high-rise residential project planning
- Expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD
- Knowledge of RCC cycle planning, project controls, EVM, and resource management
- Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience in residential tower projects
- Exposure to MIVAN, façade works, basement construction, tower cranes, and MEP coordination
