Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our Immigration Consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, understanding their immigration requirements, explaining available visa services, and converting leads into consultations.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on inbound inquiries.
- Explain immigration services such as Study Visa, Visitor Visa, Work Permit, PR (Permanent Residency), and Tourist Visa programs.
- Understand clients' profiles and assess their basic eligibility.
- Schedule appointments and consultations for immigration counselors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Follow up regularly with leads to improve conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and client information in CRM software.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle client queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Coordinate with counselors and the documentation team for a smooth process.
Requirements
- freshers to 3 years of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Immigration Sales.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Ability to build trust and maintain professional client relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Prior experience in an Immigration Consultancy will be an added advantage.
