What would you do? The Employee Relations Admin Analyst supports and manages employee relations processes for clients in the Airlines industry, handling complex employee relations cases and administrative activities across airline workforce populations in Australia. The role acts as a subject matter resource within employee relations operations, ensuring accurate case management, compliance with workplace policies, and timely resolution of employee concerns in a highly regulated and operationally sensitive airline environment. Execute the complete scope of Case management - Leave of Absence services across internal teams and external service providers in managing the Leave process from system updates to approval of leaves or managing return to work using the guiding principles applicable for each region through accurate document collation and process and policy adherence . Ensure alignment of delivery to strategic HR and business objectives. Drive initiatives, using benchmarks and best practices
What are we looking for? • Relevant years of experience in employee relations, HR operations, or employee relations administration roles.• Experience handling case-based employee relations work is an advantage. •• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline. • Strong understanding of employee relations processes, HR operations, and case management.• Ability to analyze and apply HR policies and procedures accurately in operational environments.• Strong attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and quality control.• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for employee and stakeholder interactions.• Good organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.• Preferred: Exposure to Airlines industry employee relations, regulated workforce environments, or large operational organizations. •"Region: Australia (AEST – Sydney/Melbourne) Local Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST IST Conversion: 5:30 AM – 1:30 PM IST"
Roles and Responsibilities: •• Manage and process employee relations cases and service requests through case management systems supporting airline employees.• Analyze employee relations requests and apply relevant business rules, policies, and procedures within airline workforce environments.• Provide administrative support for investigations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and employee concerns across airline operations.• Maintain accurate and complete case documentation, records, and system updates within defined service levels.• Perform quality checks and audits on employee relations cases to ensure compliance and data accuracy.• Support resolution of escalated or complex employee relations issues and coordinate with internal HR teams and stakeholders.• Contribute to process documentation, work instructions, and continuous improvement initiatives within employee relations operations.• Ensure confidentiality, data protection, and security of employee relations information in line with organizational and regulatory requirements.
