Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. You will be the go-to person for all employee-related issues, managing the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of HR practices, and the ability to foster a positive, productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, interview, and short-list qualified candidates for various open roles. Coordinate the interview process with hiring managers.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Design and drive the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition. Manage employee exit interviews and formal clearance procedures.
- Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to boost morale, drive employee retention, and build a vibrant company culture.
- HR Operations & Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital and physical employee records (contracts, leaves, attendance, etc.).
- Performance Management: Support the annual/quarterly performance appraisal cycles and assist managers in setting clear KPIs.
- Grievance Handling & Policy Implementation: Act as a bridge between management and employees by addressing questions, grievances, or other issues. Ensure company policies are communicated clearly and followed consistently.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Administrator, or similar role. (Adjust based on your needs)
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS (HR software) tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with high integrity.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
