The Accounts Assistant will support the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the organization, ensuring accurate record-keeping, timely invoicing, vendor payments, customer collections, and compliance with statutory requirements. The role requires close coordination with sales, service, procurement, and project teams.
- Min 6 months of any exp with good excel skills
- Maintain daily accounting transactions, invoices, receipts, and payment records in Tally/ERP.
- Prepare customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments and collections.
- Process vendor bills and coordinate timely payments to suppliers.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with GST documentation, tax compliance, and audit requirements.
- Support inventory, project billing, and administrative accounting activities.
