Responsibilities:
- Oversee all on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate with project managers and other construction professionals to ensure project objectives are met.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety standards.
- Manage construction schedules and coordinate work activities.
- Solve technical issues, provide advice, management, and support.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with local and national building codes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction methodologies.
- Proficient in design and visualization software such as AutoCAD.
- Excellent project management and supervisory skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
