Profile- Customer Service Associate
Experience Level – 2 years in Voice/Customer Support/BPO industry
CTC Range- upto 5-6 lpa (Depends on interview)
Qualification – Graduate / Postgraduate
Language Requirement – Fluent in Spanish (Verbal & Written)
Skills Required –
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Ability to handle inbound/outbound calls and customer queries
- Proficiency in MS Office / Excel
- Multitasking and teamwork capabilities
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and support customer queries related to car buying
- Manage outbound calls for quotations and follow-ups
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate when required
- Maintain and update customer information in the system
- Route calls/emails to appropriate departments
- Assist in daily call center operations
- Provide support for vehicle donation and general inquiries
Shift Details
- US Shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM / 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST)
CTC
- Based on previous experience (Not exceeding 5-6 LPA)
