Job Summary
We are hiring a Mould Setter / Injection Moulding Machine Operator for vertical plastic injection moulding machines. The candidate will be responsible for changing moulds, operating machines, ensuring production schedules are maintained, and assisting with basic machine maintenance when required.
This role is suitable for candidates with experience in plastic injection moulding, mould setting, or related technical manufacturing fields.
Key Responsibilities
- Change moulds on vertical injection moulding machines as per production requirements.
- Set up machines and ensure proper functioning after mould installation.
- Operate plastic injection moulding machines during the shift.
- Maintain production schedules and ensure timely completion of jobs.
- Monitor machine performance and maintain product quality.
- Work with helpers during mould changing and machine handling.
- Assist with basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting when required.
- Maintain machine cleanliness, safety standards, and organized work area.
- Report machine issues, defects, or production delays to supervisors.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of plastic injection moulding processes
- Experience with vertical injection moulding machines
- Mould setting and machine setup knowledge
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting ability
- Ability to follow production schedules and maintain efficiency
Experience
1–5 years in Injection Moulding, Plastic Manufacturing, Machine Operation, or related technical fields preferred.
Education
ITI / Diploma in a technical field preferred but not strongly required.
Additional Information
- Candidates with hands-on experience in mould setting, machine operation, or plastic processing will be preferred.
- Ability to work in 12-hour production shifts is required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
