We are looking for a Civil Procurement and Inventory Manager to oversee procurement and Inventory of construction materials, and equipment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating and purchasing of materials and equipment and sub-contracting services/vendor management needed for construction projects. The candidate must ensure the materials are delivered to the work sites on budget and strictly on time. He will be responsible to maintain up-to-date records of inventory.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (preferred), Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration. MBA in Supply Chain Management or Operations is an added advantage
- Minimum 5 years of procurement and inventory management experience in construction companies.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, vendor management, and procurement processes.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Excellent negotiation and cost-control skills.
Ideally the candidate will be from Kottayam or within commutable distance to Kottayam.
