Job Opening: Technical Supervisor – Paint Manufacturing
We are hiring a Technical Supervisor for our paint manufacturing company, specializing in primers, distemper, and water-based paints.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production and manufacturing operations.
- Ensure consistent product quality and adherence to manufacturing standards.
- Monitor raw material usage and production efficiency.
- Coordinate with the production team to meet daily targets.
- Maintain production records and ensure safety and housekeeping standards.
- Troubleshoot production-related technical issues and support process improvements.
Requirements:
3-4 years of experience in the paint manufacturing industry.
Experience in manufacturing primers, distemper, and water-based paints is essential.
Good knowledge of paint formulations, production processes, and quality control.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)
