About This Role
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Associate to join our sales team. As a BDA at Tradexa Technologies, you will play a crucial role in identifying, nurturing, and converting new business opportunities. You will work directly with prospective clients to showcase our omni-channel platform's capabilities and establish long-term partnerships that drive mutual growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the IT/SaaS sector through targeted outreach and relationship building.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations of Tradexa's omni-channel platform to prospective clients.
- Manage complete sales pipelines, from lead generation through deal closure and customer onboarding
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with the product and delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer success.
- Utilize CRM tools and sales methodologies to maintain accurate records and forecasting
Required Qualifications
- Entry level to 2 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management (preferably in IT/SaaS sector).
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal); excellent presentation ability.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, performance-based environment with incentive models.
- Demonstrated expertise in lead generation, cold outreach, and sales pipeline management.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools.
- Proficiency in negotiation, client handling, and relationship building
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or any relevant field (or equivalent work experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry level to 2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience.
- Experience with omni-channel, e-commerce, or retail technology solutions.
- Familiarity with marketing automation or customer engagement platforms.

What We Pay
Annual CTC: ₹13,16,000 - 26,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 3,16,000 - 6,50,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 10,00,000 - 20,00,000 /year
