Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing SaaS team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business, managing relationships with prospective clients, and selling our SaaS solutions to meet the unique needs of businesses across various industries. You will engage in a consultative sales approach to uncover customer pain points and deliver tailored SaaS solutions that drive value and growth for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Generation:

Identify and target key decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise-level companies.

Develop and execute effective outreach strategies to generate high-quality leads and opportunities.

Conduct detailed needs assessments and product demonstrations to showcase the value of the SaaS solution.
Consultative Selling:
- Use consultative sales techniques to understand client challenges and provide customised SaaS solutions.
- Articulate the business value of our platform, focusing on ROI and scalability for customers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth transition to the customer success team.
Client Relationship Management:

Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders in client organisation.

Maintain consistent communication with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and uncover additional opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Product Knowledge & Training:
- Stay up to date on product features, updates, and industry trends to effectively demonstrate the product’s capabilities to prospects.
- Provide clients with relevant use cases and case studies to illustrate the SaaS platform’s impact in their industry.
Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless sales experience for the client.

Collaborate with sales engineers to craft custom solutions and proposals for clients as needed.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
- Update CRM and maintain accurate records of all sales activities, forecasts, and client communications.
- Regularly report on sales performance, provide pipeline updates, and discuss progress toward targets.
Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or software sales.

Strong understanding of SaaS business models and subscription-based sales.

Ability to conduct solution-oriented sales conversations with C-level and senior executives.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience selling cloud-based platforms or enterprise SaaS solutions.

Understanding of API integrations, SaaS deployment models, and cloud infrastructure.
Knowledge of key verticals and industries such as finance, healthcare, or retail.
