Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced candidate for handling plastic compounding production operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing the compounding line, supervising production activities, and ensuring smooth shift operations. The role is suitable for candidates at the level of Production Engineer / Shift Engineer / Assistant Manager.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Manage and supervise plastic compounding production line
- Operate and monitor extruder machines used in compounding
- Handle complete shift production activities
- Ensure production targets, quality, and efficiency
- Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation
- Plan daily production activities as per requirements
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance
- Handle manpower including operators and labour
- Ensure safety and proper workflow on the shop floor
- Coordinate with management for production planning and execution
Required Skills :
- Strong knowledge of plastic compounding process
- Hands-on experience in extruder machine operation
- Understanding of production planning and reporting
- Team handling and supervision skills
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes
Preferred Qualifications :
- CIPET Pass Out (Preferred)
- B.Tech / Diploma in relevant field
- Experience in plastic compounding industry mandatory
- 5–6 years of relevant experience
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
