Location: Jaipur, Noida, Mumbai Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in Education Counseling, Academic Counseling, Admission Counseling, EdTech, or Sales Job Description We are looking for experienced Education Counselors to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students regarding courses, admissions, career opportunities, and educational programs while helping them make informed decisions about their future. Key Responsibilities • Counsel students and parents regarding educational courses and career opportunities • Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs • Handle inbound and outbound calls, leads, and inquiries • Guide students through the admission and enrollment process • Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication • Achieve admission and conversion targets • Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM system • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process Required Skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong counseling and relationship-building abilities • Ability to understand student needs and provide appropriate guidance • Good negotiation and convincing skills • Comfortable working with targets and deadlines • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office Eligibility • Graduate in any discipline • Minimum 1 year of experience in Education Counseling, Academic Counseling, EdTech Sales, or Admission Counseling • Freshers are not eligible for this role Job Details Position: Education Counselor Locations: Jaipur, Noida, Mumbai Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month Experience: 1+ Year Required Working Days: 6 Days a Week Shift: Day Shift
