About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and confident Student Counselor to guide students in choosing the right career-oriented courses. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a positive, student-friendly approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding available courses and career opportunities
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads
- Explain course details, fees, and admission procedures clearly
- Maintain student database and follow-up records
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic team
- Achieve monthly admission targets
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (Malayalam & English preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Degree (Arts, Commerce, Science, or equivalent)
- Freshers can apply
- Prior experience in counseling or sales is an added advantage (not mandatory)
