- Program, set up, and operate VMC machines based on design specifications.
- Interpret CAD/CAM drawings and create accurate tool paths.
- Select appropriate tools, speeds, and feeds for efficient machining.
- Perform quality checks using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.).
- Troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary adjustments.
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in VMC programming and operation.
