Role Summary
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and strategic Content & Creative Marketing Manager to lead our brand communication, content development, and creative execution. The ideal candidate should have strong copywriting skills, experience in digital marketing, and the ability to manage creative projects while ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality content for the website, product pages, brochures, blogs, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
- Write SEO-friendly product descriptions and digital content to improve online visibility.
- Create engaging ad copy and campaign messaging for Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
- Review and approve creatives for social media, website, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage and guide a team of two Graphic Designers, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors for marketing and creative requirements.
- Maintain the monthly content calendar and ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.
- Work closely with Sales, E-commerce, Product Development, and other departments to support marketing initiatives and product launches.
- Monitor content quality, creative performance, and campaign effectiveness, and recommend improvements where required.
Required Skills
- Excellent English writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong copywriting and content creation abilities.
- Good understanding of SEO, branding, and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and performance marketing.
- Strong project management, team leadership, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in Content Marketing, Brand Marketing, Creative Management, or Digital Marketing.
- Experience in the FMCG, D2C, Healthcare, Wellness, or E-commerce industry will be an added advantage.
