Position: Associate KPO
Location: Magarpatta, Pune
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: Commerce Graduate (B.Com/M.Com preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Verification of Purchase Register and identification of eligible/ineligible Input Tax Credit (ITC) as per Section 17(5) of GST provisions.
- Provide support for Statutory Audits and Internal Audits by sharing required documents, details, and information.
- Monthly review and sample verification of Accounts Payable (AP) documents to ensure correct booking and credit processes.
- Support GST Assessments for all registrations.
- Preparation of notice summaries and handling notice-related queries.
- Preparation of annexures, registers, and documentation for submissions.
- Maintaining and preparing hard-copy files for departmental submissions.
- ISD-related activities, including preparation of monthly ZU and KR GLSU reports.
- Preparation and tracking of MIS for consultant bills and payments.
- Coordination with Buyers for Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) creation, along with AP team coordination.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of GST and Input Tax Credit provisions.
- Understanding of Accounts Payable processes.
- Experience in audit support and compliance documentation.
- Strong analytical and verification skills.
- Good coordination and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
