1. Production Planning & Execution
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily jewellery production activities.
- Develop production schedules to meet delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with design and sales teams to align production with demand.
- Monitor workflow to ensure optimal productivity and minimal wastage.
2. Quality Control
- Ensure all jewellery pieces meet company quality standards.
- Supervise quality checks at every stage (casting, setting, polishing, finishing).
- Address defects and implement corrective actions.
3. Team Management
- Supervise artisans, goldsmiths, setters, polishers, and production staff.
- Allocate tasks based on skills and workload.
- Train and mentor team members to improve efficiency and craftsmanship.
- Maintain discipline and a safe working environment.
4. Inventory & Material Management
- Monitor usage of gold, diamonds, gemstones, and other raw materials.
- Control wastage and ensure proper metal accounting.
- Coordinate with procurement for timely material availability.
- Maintain accurate production and stock records.
5. Cost Control & Efficiency
- Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures.
- Improve productivity through process optimization.
- Ensure minimal rework and wastage.
6. Equipment & Maintenance
- Oversee maintenance of machinery and tools.
- Ensure proper handling of casting machines, polishing equipment, and laser tools.
7. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Maintain safety standards in handling precious metals and chemicals.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
