- Clinical Management: Oversee care for pedaitric patients in critical conditions, using advanced treatments and technologies.
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Lead and collaborate with specialists and healthcare teams for comprehensive patient care.
- Critical Care Procedures: Perform invasive procedures and make urgent clinical decisions.
- Family Communication: Discuss treatment options and provide emotional support to families.
- Teaching & Mentorship: Train and guide medical staff, residents, and fellows.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to ICU protocols, safety, and quality improvement.
- Research: Contribute to research and stay updated on the latest advancements in pediatric critical care.
- Crisis Management: Handle emergencies and participate in disaster management.
