Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Service & Guest Relations: Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages promptly according to hotel or restaurant standards.
- Operational Support: Perform mise-en-place (setup), including cleaning, polishing cutlery, and setting up tables, buffets, or banquets.
- Menu Knowledge: Gain thorough knowledge of food and beverage menus to answer guest queries and offer recommendations.
- POS & Billing: Learn to use the Point of Sale (POS) system for taking orders, preparing bills, and processing payments.
- Hygiene & Safety: Adhere to safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines (HACCP) in all food handling and service areas.
- Teamwork: Assist colleagues during busy shifts and support various F&B projects, including stock taking and inventory control.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Education: Typically a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field, though many roles are open to freshers.
- Skills: Strong communication, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Appearance: Maintain a high standard of personal grooming and hygiene.
Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month
