JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer who can transform architectural and interior design concepts, drawings, and ideas into high-quality 3D models and realistic visualizations.
The candidate will work closely with architects, interior designers, project engineers, and other team members to create visually appealing and accurate 3D models, renders, walkthroughs, and presentation materials for residential and commercial projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create accurate and high-quality 3D models of buildings, interiors, exteriors, elevations, furniture, and other design elements.
- Develop photorealistic 3D renders for architectural and interior design projects.
- Convert 2D drawings, floor plans, elevations, and design concepts into detailed 3D visualizations.
- Create realistic materials, textures, lighting, furniture arrangements, and landscaping elements.
- Prepare interior and exterior views for client presentations, design approvals, marketing, and project proposals.
- Create 3D walkthroughs, animations, and presentation videos when required.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and project teams to understand design requirements.
- Make necessary revisions based on client, management, architect, or designer feedback.
- Ensure that all 3D visualizations accurately represent the approved design concept and project requirements.
- Maintain consistency in design quality, materials, dimensions, lighting, and visual presentation.
- Understand architectural drawings and basic construction details to create technically accurate visualizations.
- Assist the design team in developing concepts, mood boards, material selections, and visual presentations.
- Manage multiple visualization projects and deliver work within agreed timelines.
- Maintain organized project files, 3D models, textures, materials, and rendering assets.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, software, and technologies in architectural visualization and 3D design.
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Strong proficiency in 3D modelling and rendering.
- Proficiency in one or more relevant software platforms such as:
- 3ds Max
- SketchUp
- V-Ray
- Corona Renderer
- Lumion
- D5 Render
- Enscape
- Revit
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and the ability to understand architectural drawings.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for post-production and image enhancement.
- Good understanding of:
- Lighting
- Materials and textures
- Colour combinations
- Camera composition
- Spatial planning
- Architectural and interior design concepts
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in:
- Architecture
- Interior Design
- Civil Engineering
- 3D Visualization
- Multimedia / Animation
- Or a related field.
Relevant professional experience and a strong portfolio may also be considered.
EXPERIENCE
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in 3D visualization, architecture, interior design, or construction.
- Experience in residential and commercial projects is preferred.
- Experience in creating realistic interior and exterior renders is highly desirable.

The portfolio should preferably include:
- Interior 3D renders
- Exterior / elevation renders
- Architectural visualization
- Residential projects
- Commercial projects
- Walkthroughs or animations, if available
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
The selected candidate is expected to:
- Deliver high-quality visualizations within project deadlines.
- Maintain accuracy between approved drawings and final 3D output.
- Respond efficiently to design changes and revisions.
- Support the design and project teams with professional presentation materials.
- Maintain consistent quality and creativity across all visualization outputs.
Note: Candidates with strong visualization skills, a good portfolio, and relevant industry experience will be preferred.
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
