- Job Summary
- The E-commerce Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining the company's online product catalog across the website and marketplaces. The role includes product listings, inventory updates, pricing, order coordination, website content management, and ensuring an excellent online customer experience.
- Key Responsibilities
- Upload and manage product listings on the company website and e-commerce marketplaces.
- Update product information, including titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, images, and SKU details.
- Ensure product data is accurate, complete, and optimized for online sales.
- Coordinate with the Photography, Graphic Design, and Marketing teams for product images and promotional banners.
- Monitor inventory and update stock availability regularly.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for order processing and dispatch.
- Track customer orders, returns, cancellations, and refunds.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure website accuracy and functionality.
- Create and update promotional offers, discounts, and seasonal campaigns.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.
- Resolve website-related product issues and coordinate with the technical team when required.
- Monitor competitor pricing and online market trends.
- Maintain product categorization and improve the overall online shopping experience.
- Required Skills
- Good knowledge of e-commerce platforms and CMS.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of SEO for product listings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, product catalog management, or online marketplace management.
- Experience in the jewellery or retail industry will be an added advantage.
