The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming experience while handling administrative and front desk responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers visiting the showroom
Handle walk-in customers and direct them to the sales or service team
Answer phone calls and respond to customer enquiries
Maintain visitor records and daily call logs
Coordinate with sales, service, and accounts teams
Assist in basic documentation and billing support if required
Maintain a clean and professional front office area
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree
Good communication skills in English & Malayalam
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
Pleasant personality and professional attitude
Prior showroom or customer service experience preferred
