We are looking for SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER and ARCHITECT .
Candidate should have around 15 years of experience working as Civil Engineer/ Architect.
- Completes construction projects by preparing engineering design and documents and confirming specifications.
- Designs construction projects by studying project concept, architectural drawings, and models.
- Determines project costs by calculating labor, material, and related costs.
- Creates feasibility study by analyzing engineering design, conducting environmental impact studies, and assembling data.
- Produces engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans, and schedules.
- Confirms adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress, inspecting construction site, and verifying calculations and placements.
- Fulfills project requirements by training and guiding operators.
Architect
- Plan and design school buildings, classrooms, offices, laboratories, and other facilities.
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, elevations, and working drawings.
- Conduct site visits and take measurements.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and project teams.
- Monitor construction, renovation, and maintenance works.
- Ensure work is completed as per approved designs, quality standards, and timelines.
- Check materials, measurements, and project requirements.
- Provide solutions for site-related technical issues.
- Maintain project drawings and documentation.
- Coordinate with management and school teams for infrastructure requirements.
