Position: Academic Counsellor Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Working Hours: 9 Hours per Day
Role & Responsibilities:
- Counsel students about various IT and professional training programs.
- Understand students' career aspirations and recommend suitable courses.
- Handle walk-in candidates, telephonic inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Explain course details, fee structure, training methodology, and placement assistance.
- Convert prospective leads into admissions through effective counselling.
- Maintain student records and ensure smooth coordination with training and academic teams.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in counselling, admissions, telesales, or customer engagement is preferred.
- Goal-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
- Graduate in any discipline.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
