Job Summary
We are looking for skilled and passionate kitchen professionals for our culinary team. The candidates will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen hygiene, managing food preparation, and ensuring excellent taste and presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality dishes according to menu standards.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Handle daily food preparation and cooking operations.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering kitchen supplies.
- Minimize food wastage and control kitchen costs.
- Follow food safety and health regulations.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations.
- Develop new recipes and improve existing menu items when required.
Requirements
Indian Chef
- Experience in preparing Indian dishes such as curries, biryani, tandoori items, breads, and regional cuisines.
- Good knowledge of Indian spices and cooking techniques.
Chinese Chef
- Experience in preparing Chinese dishes including noodles, fried rice, stir-fry, soups, sauces, and appetizers.
- Strong knowledge of wok cooking and Chinese food preparation techniques.
Commis III – Indian Cuisine
- Basic knowledge of Indian food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Ability to assist senior chefs in food preparation and mise en place.
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Previous kitchen experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in restaurants, hotels, or catering services preferred.
