Key Responsibilities
Installation & Commissioning
* Install and commission laser machines at customer locations.
* Assist in machine setup, testing and calibration.
* Ensure machines are functioning as per required specifications after installation.
* Conduct machine trials and basic performance checks.
Customer Training
* Provide basic operational and technical training to customers/operators.
* Explain machine operation, safety procedures and routine maintenance.
* Address basic technical queries raised by customers.
Service & Troubleshooting
* Attend service calls at customer locations.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical and machine-related problems.
* Carry out corrective maintenance and replacement of faulty components wherever required.
* Coordinate with the company's technical team for complex technical issues.
Preventive Maintenance
* Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance of laser machines.
* Inspect machine components and identify potential problems.
* Ensure machines remain in proper working condition and minimize downtime.
* Maintain service records and submit service reports after customer visits.
Field Support
* Travel extensively within the assigned territory for installation, commissioning and service activities.
* Attend breakdown/service calls at customer premises.
* Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships.
* Coordinate with the Head Office/service team regarding machine status, spare parts and technical issues.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
