We are looking for a skilled CNC Turning Operator & Setter to operate and set CNC turning machines for production of precision components.
Responsibilities
- Set up CNC turning machines and tools
- Load CNC programs and set offsets
- Operate machines and monitor production
- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments
- Read engineering drawings and follow specifications
- Perform tool changes and basic machine maintenance
- Maintain quality and safety standards
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field
- Experience in CNC Turning operation and setting
- Knowledge of Fanuc/Siemens controls preferred
- Ability to use Vernier, Micrometer, and measuring gauges
- Basic understanding of G-code and tooling
- Good problem-solving and attention to detail
