Job overview and responsibilities
The Digital Technology (DT) Project Manager serves as a key liaison between India-based technology teams and global leadership, responsible for optimizing communication protocols and minimizing organizational barriers within the global delivery model. This position is accountable for ensuring that local operations adhere to global corporate standards by developing and implementing scalable processes and key performance indicators (KPIs). The role is tasked with shaping and maintaining the IKC technology brand through targeted internal and external engagement, elevating the India office as a recognized center of excellence for global talent. In addition, the DT Project Manager oversees executive-level engagements, such as site visits, vendor interactions, and strategic planning sessions, to advance organizational objectives. The position manages the regional digital presence and internal communications infrastructure to foster the IKC technology culture and alignment with global messaging.
- Architect high-fidelity leadership dashboards and quarterly business reviews that quantify IKC velocity, technical maturity, and ROI. You will translate complex engineering metrics into strategic value narratives for global leadership.
- Represent the organization at Tier-1 industry forums, academic institutions, and regulatory bodies. You will drive the technical employer brand, positioning IKC as a global center of excellence for high-end engineering and innovation.
- Engineer Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs that leverage the organization's technical core (e.g., STEM initiatives, digital literacy) to meet global ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) targets with measurable local impact.
- Own the roadmap for the regional LinkedIn presence and internal knowledge-sharing platforms. Curate high-impact content that baselines our innovation index, technical breakthroughs, and cross-functional success stories.
- Design and facilitate large-scale town halls and collaborative frameworks. You will build a "One Team" culture that bridges the geographical gap through synchronized engagement strategies.
- Oversee the lifecycle of Business and Technical Upskilling programs. You will ensure the local talent pipeline is continuously aligned with global technology stacks, emerging AI/Cloud trends, and operational excellence standards.
- Act as the Control team for global executive missions, ensuring all site visits are strategically structured. You will maintain rigorous governance and brand compliance across all regional operations, ensuring parity with global standards.
