Position Summary
We are looking for an ambitious and result-driven Business Development Manager to lead luxury property sales and client acquisition across Nainital and Mukteshwar. The ideal candidate will have strong real estate sales expertise, excellent networking capabilities, and a passion for high-value customer relationships.
This role involves identifying potential buyers and investors, generating qualified leads, conducting site visits, closing sales, and building long-term client relationships in the luxury real estate segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage leads for luxury villas, holiday homes, and premium land investments
Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales growth
Build relationships with HNI clients, investors, second-home buyers, and channel partners
Conduct property presentations, virtual meetings, and site visits
Maintain strong follow-up processes and convert prospects into successful sales closures
Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, events, and promotional activities
Develop partnerships with brokers, architects, hospitality operators, and local networks
Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity in Uttarakhand's luxury real estate market
Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
Experience in luxury real estate or high-value property sales preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build trust with affluent clients and investors
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
Familiarity with the Nainital, Mukteshwar, or Uttarakhand real estate market is a strong advantage
Must be comfortable with frequent travel and on-site client meetings
