Software Sales Executive - Transport Business & Payroll Management Software
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Software Sales Expert with strong knowledge of the transport industry or human resource management / payroll management to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, product demonstrations, handling inquiries, conducting meetings, and closing deals for our customized Software Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and connect with transport business owners, logistics companies, and fleet operators.
- Identify and connect with corporates, HR professionals, and PF/Labor consultants
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, B2B portals, and online platforms.
✅ Client Engagement & Presentations:
- Attend inquiries via calls, whatsapp, emails, and online/offline meetings.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Explain software features and benefits tailored to client needs.
✅ Sales & Deal Closure:
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and finalize deals with prospective clients.
- Maintain a strong follow-up process to convert leads into sales.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
✅ Market Research & Strategy:
- Stay updated with industry trends, challenges, and client requirements.
- Provide insights to improve software features and marketing strategies.
Required Skills & Experience:
✅ Proven experience in software sales, B2B sales, or transport industry/HRMS/Payroll sales.
✅ Strong understanding of transport business/HRMS operations and challenges.
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
✅ Ability to handle both online and offline sales meetings.
✅ Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
✅ Basic knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
Education & Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Experience in the transportation or logistics industry or corporate or payroll processing or human resource management is preferred.
