We are hiring a confident and friendly Skin Care Counselor who can guide patients through our treatments and convert consultations into confirmed bookings. Your Responsibilities Greet and counsel walk-in patients about skin and hair treatments Understand patient concerns and recommend suitable services/packages Explain treatment benefits, pricing, and packages clearly Follow up with leads via call/WhatsApp to close sales Achieve monthly targets for consultations and conversions Coordinate with doctors and therapists for smooth patient experience Maintain patient records and daily MIS reports Who We're Looking For 1–3 years experience in sales, counseling, or front desk (skin/wellness/beauty clinic preferred) Confident communicator in [Hindi / Marathi / English] Presentable, well-groomed, and patient-friendly attitude Basic computer knowledge for data entry and reporting Target-driven with good follow-up skills Qualification: Any Graduate (preferably in Science, Healthcare, or Beauty & Wellness) We Offer ✅ Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives on Target Achievement ✅ Professional Clinic Environment ✅ Career Growth Opportunities ✅ Training Provided
