Job Summary
We are looking for a Quality Analyst (Collections) with 2–3 years of relevant experience in monitoring and auditing collection calls. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in evaluating agent performance, ensuring process compliance, providing feedback, and driving quality improvements within a collections environment.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Quality Analyst in Collections
- Current or latest company must be an NBFC, Collection Agency, or Recovery Process
- Experience in auditing collection/recovery calls and quality monitoring
- Strong understanding of collection processes, compliance, and customer handling
- Good knowledge of Excel, reporting, and quality scorecards
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate collection calls as per quality standards.
- Conduct call audits and maintain quality scorecards.
- Provide timely feedback and coaching to agents.
- Identify performance gaps and recommend improvement plans.
- Ensure adherence to compliance and process guidelines.
- Prepare quality reports and share insights with management.
- Work closely with Operations and Team Leaders to improve overall performance.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Collections, Recovery, Debt Collection, or Financial Services processes.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to identify trends and drive quality improvement initiatives.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.
Important Note
Only candidates with recent and relevant Collections QA experience from NBFCs or Collection Agencies will be considered. General Customer Service, Sales, or BPO Quality Analyst profiles will not be considered.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
