Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of injection moulding machines.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults.
- Maintain auxiliary equipment such as chillers, air compressors, cooling towers, temperature controllers, dryers, loaders, and material handling systems.
- Diagnose PLC, HMI, sensors, servo drives, and control system issues.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize machine downtime.
- Execute machine installation, commissioning, and relocation activities.
- Maintain maintenance records, machine history, and spare parts inventory.
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Recommend and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.
- Monitor machine performance and analyze recurring failures using root cause analysis.
- Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for major repairs and technical support.
- Support mold changeovers and machine setup when required.
- Ensure calibration and maintenance of critical process equipment.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
