We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Assistant Manager to oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department and ensure exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout the resort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the housekeeping team in daily operations.
- Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet the highest cleanliness standards.
- Conduct room inspections and maintain quality standards.
- Prepare duty rosters and allocate daily work assignments.
- Coordinate with the Front Office and Maintenance departments.
- Manage housekeeping inventory, linen, and guest supplies.
- Train, motivate, and monitor team performance.
- Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns promptly.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2–4 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, inventory management, and quality standards.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
