Role Overview
OKNA is looking for a proactive and creative Brand Manager to lead and execute all on-ground and visual branding activities. The role involves managing branding materials, coordinating with vendors and teams, and ensuring strong brand visibility across all projects and locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute branding activities for OKNA across multiple locations
- Design, coordinate, and ensure timely installation of:
- Banners
- Police barricade branding
- Site boards at completed projects
- Posters
- Stickers
- Other branding materials
- Conduct meetings with vendors, fabricators, printers, and internal teams regarding branding execution
- Visit project sites to ensure proper branding placement and quality standards
- Coordinate with design and marketing teams for branding requirements
- Ensure consistency of OKNA’s brand identity across all offline/online branding materials
- Track timelines, approvals, and completion status of branding activities
- Handle branding requirements independently from planning to execution
Requirements
- Experience in brand management, marketing, or outdoor branding
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple branding projects simultaneously
- Basic understanding of design aesthetics and branding execution
- Vendor management and site coordination experience preferred
- Self-driven, organized, and execution-focused
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of printing and fabrication materials
- Attention to detail and brand presentation
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with branding production processes

Pay: ₹30,167.32 - ₹60,281.56 per month
