Location: Kochi, Kerala
Position: Site Supervisor
Eligibility:
- Diploma / ITI / Civil Engineering qualification preferred
- Experienced civil workers with good site knowledge and practical experience can also apply.
- Candidates without formal qualifications but with strong experience in building construction will be considered
- Experience in residential building projects will be an added advantage
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities and workforce
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings and instructions
- Monitor quality, progress, and workmanship
- Check material requirements and usage at site
- Maintain site discipline and safety standards
Skills Required:
- Good knowledge of construction works
- Ability to manage workers and coordinate site activities
- Good communication skills and responsibility towards work
- Willingness to work as part of a team
Salary: As per qualification and experience
