Shawarma Master is responsible for the entire end-to-end preparation of shawarma and related fast-food items. Their core duties include:Meat Preparation: Marinating meats (like chicken or paneer) using traditional spices and setting them up on the vertical rotisserie spit.Cooking & Carving: Expertly operating shawarma machines, grilling, and slicing the meat to a perfect, even consistency.Assembly: Preparing garnishes, chopping vegetables, making authentic sauces (like myonise & Schezwan), and rolling the shawarma to order.Food Safety: Strictly enforcing sanitation regulations, maintaining workstation hygiene, and ensuring all ingredients are fresh.Inventory Control: Monitoring ingredient levels, managing stock, and preventing food wastage.
