Plasma Operator – Job Description
Position: Plasma Operator
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant trade
Experience: 2–5 Years (Heavy Fabrication preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC Plasma Cutting Machine as per production drawings.
- Load programs and ensure accurate cutting dimensions.
- Perform machine setup and material handling.
- Inspect cut quality and maintain dimensional accuracy.
- Carry out routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
- Follow safety, quality, and 5S standards.
Bending Operator – Job Description
Position: Bending Operator
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant trade
Experience: 2–5 Years (Heavy Fabrication preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC/Press Brake Bending Machine as per engineering drawings.
- Set up tools, dies, and machine parameters.
- Produce components within specified tolerances.
- Inspect bent parts for quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping.
- Follow safety procedures and production schedules.
Preferred Skills (Both Positions):
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments (Vernier, Measuring Tape, etc.).
- Experience in heavy fabrication, trailer manufacturing, or structural steel industry.
- Team player with a quality and safety mindset.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
