Job Summary :
We are looking for a detail-oriented DTP Operator with experience in the Commerce/Education sector to prepare, format, and design high-quality educational content. The ideal candidate should have experience working with commerce-related study materials such as CA, CMA, CS, B.Com, M.Com, or similar academic content.
Key Responsibilities
- Format and design educational materials, notes, question banks, and textbooks.
- Create professional layouts for commerce study materials.
- Ensure proper formatting of tables, charts, financial statements, and accounting content.
- Handle page layout, typography, and print-ready files.
- Coordinate with faculty and content teams for corrections and updates.
- Maintain consistency in document formatting and branding.
- Prepare PDFs and print-ready files with high accuracy.
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in page layout, typography, and print production.
- Good understanding of English grammar and formatting standards.
- Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Arts, or any relevant field.
- 1–5 years of experience as a DTP Operator, preferably in the education or publishing industry.
- Experience handling Commerce (CA/CMA/CS/B.Com) educational content is highly preferred.
