We are hiring Seller Merchant Onboarding Executives for ONDC merchant onboarding across Kolkata.
The selected candidates will be responsible for visiting local shops and businesses, explaining the ONDC platform, and assisting sellers with registration and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit local shops, retailers, and businesses for merchant onboarding.
- Explain the benefits and process of joining the ONDC platform.
- Assist merchants with registration and onboarding.
- Collect and verify required merchant information and documents.
- Maintain daily onboarding and field activity reports.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly onboarding targets.
Eligibility
- Minimum 10th Pass.
- Freshers can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with field work and travelling within Kolkata.
- Smartphone is required.
- Candidates with sales, field marketing, merchant onboarding, or customer-facing experience will be preferred.
