Educational Qualification:
– B.Tech/B.E. (Electrical/Electronics preferred), BBA, or MBA (Sales/Marketing)
– Candidates without a technical degree but with relevant sales experience in the electrical/electronics industry will also be considered
– Preference will be given to candidates with a technical educational background
Key Responsibilities:
– Identify and develop new business opportunities in the power electronics/electrical industry
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and channel partners
– Understand customer technical requirements and coordinate with the internal engineering team for solutions
– Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to prospective clients
– Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
– Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
– Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM/HRMS tools
– Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events as needed
Required Skills:
– Strong communication and negotiation skills
– Basic understanding of electronics/electrical products and applications
– Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
– Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
– Willingness to travel for client meetings as required
Preferred:
– Prior experience in B2B sales, especially in power electronics, industrial equipment, or related sectors
– Freshers with a strong technical/electrical background are encouraged to apply
