We are looking for a highly responsible and result-driven General Manager to lead and oversee the complete operations of Hotel Aashraya. The candidate will be accountable for revenue growth, guest satisfaction, team management, and smooth day-to-day operations.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage operations end-to-end, from front office to housekeeping, while also driving sales, OTA performance, and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities1. Overall Hotel Operations
- Oversee daily operations of all departments:
- Front Office
- Housekeeping
- Maintenance
- Ensure smooth check-in/check-out experience
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and service quality
- Resolve guest complaints professionally and promptly
2. Revenue & Sales Management
- Drive room occupancy and maximize revenue
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Handle corporate bookings, group bookings, and walk-ins
- Monitor pricing strategy based on demand
3. OTA & Online Presence Management
- Manage listings on platforms like:
- MakeMyTrip
- Booking.com
- Airbnb
- Optimize pricing, descriptions, and visibility
- Manage reviews and ratings actively
- Run promotions and campaigns to increase bookings
4. Marketing & Business Development
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns
- Build partnerships with travel agents and local businesses
- Identify new revenue opportunities
- Increase brand visibility of Hotel Aashraya
5. HR & Team Management
- Hire, train, and manage hotel staff
- Prepare staff schedules and duty rosters
- Handle salary structuring and basic HR processes
- Build a disciplined and service-oriented team culture
6. Financial & Administrative Control
- Monitor daily revenue and expenses
- Control operational costs
- Maintain basic financial records and reports
- Ensure compliance with local regulations
7. Housekeeping & Quality Control
- Supervise housekeeping standards
- Ensure rooms, lobby, and common areas are maintained
- Implement SOPs for cleanliness and maintenance
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in hotel operations (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of OTA platforms and hotel sales
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
Preferred Qualities

- Strong communication skills
- Tech-savvy (OTA dashboards, Excel, basic systems)
- Experience in boutique or budget hotels preferred
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
